Frequently Asked Questions
First-time Premium Plan subscribers receive a 14-day free trial. During this period, you can access all Premium features.
If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you won't be charged.
iOS:
Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Kuramo → Cancel Subscription
Android:
Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions → Kuramo → Cancel Subscription
After cancellation, you can continue using Premium features until the end of your current billing period.
Free Plan: AI features are limited to 1 use per day.
Premium Plan: Unlimited AI feature usage.
AI features include recipe URL analysis, recipe image analysis, and automatic item categorization.
Premium Plan users can share shopping lists with up to 5 family members.
To share:
- Open the list you want to share
- Tap the share icon
- Send the share link to family members
Shared members can view, edit, and delete items in shared lists.
Kuramo data is automatically saved to the cloud (Firebase).
If you're signed in with a Google or Apple account, your data will sync when you sign in on a new device.
For anonymous accounts, data may be lost if the app is deleted. We recommend linking your Google or Apple account.
Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store refund policies.
